A matching service, not a builder
We don't design, build, supervise or warrant renovation work. Your quotes, contract, payments and the work itself are between you and the renovator you choose.
Vetting is a filter, not a warranty
We check ABN, insurance and applicable licensing at the door — and you should still sight the licence for your specific job. Your state's building authority publishes what your project requires.
We never touch the money
No deposits through us, no payment processing, no commissions on your contract value. Renovators pay us for leads; homeowners pay us nothing at all.
Quotes are theirs, not ours
Each quote is the provider's own estimate. Site visits can change numbers, and your final scope and price live in the contract you sign with them — get it in writing.
Your details stay close
Maximum three matched providers see an enquiry. We never sell enquiries to lists, and deletion requests cascade to matched providers too.
Feedback shapes the network
Tell us when a provider was great — or wasn't. Sustained complaints are how providers leave the network; references are how they enter it.
